The following time cut off times for each Aid Station will be strongly enforced. Please be aware that you need to DEPART each of the below aid stations before the cut off time. So you need to arrive with enough time to refuel at the Aid Station.

Any runners who is cut off at along course will have transport back to Allview Escape organised, but please be patient. The results will be recorded as DNF (Did Not Finish).
