Prior to the end of the ‘Early Bird’ phase, athletes have four options:

Option A / WITHDRAW and receive a full refund.

There is a $20 flat administration fee for ALL refunds.

Option B / Rollover to next year or another SingleTrack Events race:

Athletes can rollover their entry to next year’s event or another SingleTrack Events race at no charge.

When entries open for another SingleTrack Event, please contact us and we’ll send you a code to enter.

Please note IF you select this option, you are NOT entitled to a refund at a later date.

Option C/ Transfer to a friend

There is a $20 flat administration fee for ALL person-to-person transfers.

Transfers are available up until 5pm on the Wednesday prior to the event.

Complete the transfer request form with your friends’ details via the EventPlus registration platform.

Option D/ Change of distance

There is a $20 flat administration fee for distance upgrades or downgrades.

Upgrades and downgrades are available up until 5pm on the Wednesday prior to the event.

Athletes will not receive a refund for the price difference for a downgrade.

Athletes will need to pay the difference in entry cost for an upgrade.

No REFUNDS or ROLLOVERS are available from 30 days prior to the event: we are all into race mode!

We understand that accidents, work or family commitments and injuries happen; but we do ask that athletes acknowledge their entry fees are committed by SingleTrack Events to produce a great trail running festival.
